Allergens Information
Allergies are an abnormal reaction of the body to one or more substances, generally harmless to the vast majority of organs. The substances that trigger allergic reactions are called allergens. If you have been diagnosed with an allergy to certain ingredients, please consult the allergen list to identify which of our products may contain allergens or traces of allergens. We present you the allergen list according to Directive 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 March 2000.
1. Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt wheat, kamut wheat, or hybrids thereof) and derived products.
2. Crustaceans and derived products.
3. Eggs and derived products.
4. Fish and derived products.
5. Peanuts and derived products.
6. Soy and derived products.
7. Milk and derived products (including lactose).
8. Fruits with shells, namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, and Queensland nuts and derived products.
9. Celery and derived products.
10. Mustard and derived products.
11. Sesame seeds and derived products.
12. Sulfur dioxide and sulfites at concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/liter.
13. Lupin and derived products.
14. Mollusks and derived products.
